When two of Adelaide’s leading real estate identities joined forces in July 2006, a new boutique style agency was established. The two principal directors David Cocks and Christine Auld having a combined experience of some 50 years. Our office is located at 139 King William Road, Unley right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the vibrant Hyde Park shopping and café precinct.

This is an ideal location for our style of operation. We are a medium-sized boutique agency specialising in the sale of all styles of residential property from cottages and units, right through to larger homes in the top end of the market.

Our aim is to provide a very much hands-on and personalised premium level of service to our clients.

Christine Auld has been negotiating home sales for 20 years and David Cocks commenced his career in 1972. It is said that ‘practice makes perfect’. We are far from perfect, however, we are always learning and thinking of new ideas and systems to make the sale of real estate easier and more effective for our clients.

We believe our vast experience and knowledge does give us the ‘edge’ when it comes to auctioneering, marketing, and people skills in negotiating.
