David Cocks
David Cocks resides in Hyde Park with his wife Anne, and their two sons. He was educated at Pulteney Grammar School and commenced his real estate career at the age of 22. Real estate was a natural path for David to follow as his mother Peggy Cocks was a well-known property developer in the 1970’s, renovating and restoring over 120 older style homes in the Unley area.

This background gave David a valuable insight into real estate at an early age and a keen appreciation of classic older style architecture. For three decades, he has pursued his career passionately, building a huge client base and focusing his skills in auctioneering, marketing and negotiating. In his spare time, David is a keen road cyclist and enjoys dining out and spending time with the family.
