Preparing your home for sale
Prior to your property going on the market, we can provide you with a free consultation from our experienced home presenter. In addition, we will go through the home with you and identify a ‘hit list’ of work requiring attention prior to marketing. We have an excellent team of trades-people which we will co-ordinate quickly and efficiently.

Buying
We offer our services as a purchasing agent. We will inspect the property and advise you on price, arrange a building inspection on your behalf and negotiate with the selling agent. We can also bid at the auction on your behalf.
